l齿轮软件 Gear Module
Fato Inspect Gear齿轮分析软件包基于 CAD 建模与分析技术,可通过齿轮等工件参数或 零件模型完成被测工件及齿廓、螺旋线、齿距等被测要素建模,并采用标准DMIS测量程序实现测量路径规划,直接驱动坐标测量机完成测量数据采样。软件包可按照国际、国内通用行业标准对测量数据进行各项误差数据评定及曲线绘图,报告形式与内容符合行业标准与规范,可有效支持企业复杂零件的生产与制造。

l 实现方式 How it's implemented

1:打开软件,输入各个相对应齿轮参数,生成 IGS 格式模型
Open the software, enter each corresponding gear parameters, and generate anIGS format model
2:三坐标软件导入 CAD 模型,建立坐标系
The CAD model is imported into the three-coordinate software and the coordinate system is established
3:起测第一齿高中部左右齿面上分别采点,把两点实际坐标值输入到软件 X Y Z ,左偏置和右偏置后,X 旋转角度 ,生成 DIMS 程序,旋转后计算的值在三坐标软件里生成新坐标系

(1)参数界面 The parameter interface

齿数:输入工件的实际牙数。
Number of teeth: Enter the actual number of teeth for the work piece.
模数:输入工件的模数。
Mods: Enter the modules ofthe work piece.
齿宽:输入工件轴向的宽度。
Tooth width: Enter the width of the axial direction of the work piece.
变为系数:输入齿轮加工时的变为距除以模数的商。
Change factor: The change distance divided by the modality when entering gear machining.
顶径:输入齿顶高系数。
Top diameter: Enter the top height coefficient.
根径:输入齿根高系数。
Root diameter: Enter the root height coefficient.
齿类型:分为长齿和短齿, 长齿顶高系数 1,短齿为 0.8,齿顶外径, 齿根直径。
Tooth type: divided into long teeth and short teeth, long tooth top height coefficient 1, short tooth is 0.8, tooth top outer diameter, root diameter.
压力角:工件的齿形角。
Pressure angle: The profile angle of the work piece.
螺旋角:工件沿齿宽方向螺旋面与轴线的夹角
Spiral angle: The angle between the helix surface and the axis of the workman's teeth
测头名:按照 RationalDMIS ,PCDMIS 程序里的格式输。
Head test name: According to rationalDMIS, PCDMIS program format to lose
逼近距:测针采点探测所需距离。
Approximate distance: The distance required for pin detection.
回退距:测针采点后退出距离。
Fallback distance: Exit distance after pinpointing.
测量速度:三坐标执行 DMIS 程序时的测量速度。
Measurement speed: The measurement speed at which three coordinates perform the DMIS program.
定位速度:三坐标执行 DMIS 程序时的定位速度。
speed: The positioning speed when the three coordinates execute the DMIS program.
扫描速度:三坐标使用的是扫描测头时设置。
Scan speed: The three coordinates are set when the head is scanned.
采样密度:三坐标使用的是扫描测头时设置。
Sample density: The three coordinates are set when the head is scanned.
齿顶安全距:执行 DMIS 程序时换齿时测针离齿顶的距离退。
Top safety distance: The distance from the top of the tooth is regressed when the tooth change is performed during the DMIS procedure.
轴向安全距:执行 DMIS 程序时测头需要换角度时离齿轮上端面的距离。
Pivot safety distance: The distance from the end face of the gear when the head needs to be changed when performing the DMIS procedure.
B 角(度):B 角(度)7.5,指的是测头需要换角度时,B 角需要旋转最小角度。
B angle (degrees): B angle (degrees) 7.5, which means that when the head needs to change the angle, the B angle needs to rotate the minimum angle.
A 角(度): 为了保证测量过程中测针不干涉,A 角必须设置一个角度。

测量项目:齿形,齿向,齿距,根据测量需要进行选择。

齿面:根据测量需要进行选择,齿距测量时,左右面必须都选上。
Flank: According to the measurement needs to be selected, the pitch measurement, the left and right sides must be selected.
测量齿号:根据需要均分测量 1-16 个齿,也个连续测量一些齿。

测量位置设置:起测,终测,起评,终评可以自动计算,也可以手动输入。
Measurement location settings: start test, final test, evaluation, final evaluation can be calculated automatically, can also be entered manually.
齿形周节沿齿宽高度:指齿形周节沿齿宽高度方向的测量位置可设置,默认齿宽中部。
Toothed d'aient section along the tooth width height: refers to the profiled perseth along the tooth width height direction of the measuring position can be set, the default tooth width center.
齿向周节沿齿高展长:指齿向周节沿齿高展长方向的测量位置可设置,默认是齿轮的分度圆。 The directional perseferity is extended along the tooth: the measuring position of the
tooth-to-the-week section along the long-term direction of the tooth spread can be set, and the default is the division circle of the gear.
齿形点数:根据需要可设置齿形测量的点数。
Profile points: The number of profile measurements can be set as needed.
齿向点数:根据需要可设置齿向测量的点数。
Tooth points: The number of points for the tooth measurement can be set as needed.
